Help with Vortexo.

For setup questions, playback issues, account sync, source reports, Live TV debugging, or purchase help, use the links below and include only the details needed to investigate.

Source safety

Report a source.

Vortexo is a media-player client and does not host sources. To report a source shown by an add-on already connected to your account, use the report code displayed by Vortexo. The code identifies a provider locally without including your account key or private source URL.

Do not send passwords, auth tokens, debrid keys, full add-on URLs, stream URLs, or personal media files.

Report process

What happens after a report.

  1. Support records the report code, app version, device platform, reason for the complaint, and the contact details you voluntarily provide.
  2. We check whether the report concerns Vortexo behavior, an independent provider, suspected infringement, unsafe transport, or another policy issue. We will never ask for your auth token, debrid key, private add-on URL, or stream URL.
  3. When the report is actionable, we may update Vortexo's safety rules, prevent unsafe behavior in a future app update, or direct a rights complaint to the independent service that controls the source. Because Vortexo does not host third-party media, it cannot remove material from another operator's server.
  4. Support replies when more information is required or when the review is complete. Urgent safety and valid legal notices receive priority.
Rights holders

Copyright or trademark notice.

Identify the protected work or mark, where it appeared in Vortexo, why you are authorized to act, and how support can contact you. Include the Vortexo report code when available. Do not send the underlying media file, account credentials, private provider URLs, or unrelated personal information.

Submitting a notice does not create an account and does not subscribe you to marketing. Correspondence is retained only as needed to investigate, respond, document safety actions, and meet legal obligations.

Common setup

Connections Vortexo expects.

Vortexo is a media-player client. It connects to services and libraries you choose, including your Stremio account, your own Plex server, and authorized Live TV sources. Vortexo does not supply or host media streams.

Pro and purchases

Store billing.

Where purchases are offered, Apple App Store or Google Play shows the final localized price and manages payment. Vortexo does not receive or store payment-card details. Restore purchases through the same store account used to buy them.
